    Peter Callander

    After establishing his career whilst working at NatWest, Argos, and Saga Group (where he played a key part in ensuring the company enjoyed a successful stock market flotation), Peter joined Comparison Technologies in 2018, as Chief Financial Officer, then appointed Chief Operating Officer from September 2019.

    “I saw a great company, with a nice family feel to it, with lots of opportunities for growth,” he says. “I’m really excited about the changes that we’ll create in the next few years – such as how we connect with customers on a more personalised basis, and how that can bond them with our brilliant brands”.

    Peter studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Glamorgan. In his spare time, he enjoys taking in the fresh air whilst hiking and skiing.

    Nicola Levillard built her career from the ground up, first starting with HSBC’s call centres in India and the UK for eight years, and then moving on to energyhelpline (which is now part of the Comparison Technologies Group). She has been in charge of the development of all call centre operations in India and the UK for the last 15 years.

    Years of working closely with our B2C customers has given Nicola a unique and highly valuable perspective. “I have chosen to work in this field, because I believe in empowering customers to choose competitive deals for their utilities,” she says.

    Outside of work, Nicola enjoys yoga and cycling.

    Starting as a Performance Improvement Specialist at EnergyHelpline, over the last 12 years she has risen to being the Business Head overlooking the Operations of Sales, Back Office, HR & Support Teams at SaveBySwitching.

    She works closely with Management Team at Comparison Technology to align the strategic business plans with that of SaveBySwitching whilst meeting the goals and nurturing the existing as well as new talent.

    In her free time, Supriya enjoys spending time with her family and playing badminton. She’s also a trained classical dancer and Zumba enthusiast.

    Mentored HR professionals with succession growth plan & groomed them for leadership roles

    Contributed as strategic advisor to senior management in determining organizational deficiencies and developed plans to fill gaps. 

    I love to travel to feel closer to nature and experience people, culture, food and their festivities. In my free time I practice Reiki, try different cuisines, free-hand painting & craft projects

    Ahmed Aziz is one of SBS global solutions’ home-grown success stories. Starting as a customer services advisor, during his time at SaveBySwitching, he’s expanded his role to become Head of Business Process Operations (Technical).

    Having had a keen interest in working with data and technology early on in his career, Ahmed has strived to bring that interest into every aspect of his work. His team provides extensive reporting, analysis and a range of insights that help Comparison Technologies be more efficient.

    Ahmed studied business management at the University of Gulbarga. Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys playing both football and chess, music and fitness.

    As BPO Head – Non Technical, Mohamed Latheef has built his career from ground up; starting as a Quality Analyst 14 years ago and expanding his role at SaveBySwitching throughout his time here.

    Mohamed has strived to ensure that his team works with exceptional attention to detail, offering growth and innovation in every aspect of their work. He believes that growth within the company is important and that SaveBySwitching has given him many opportunities to do so.

    Outside of work, Latheef enjoys cooking and has an interest in national politics. He also spends time with his family, including his two daughters.

    Over his 15 years’ experience in the call centre industry, Shaikh has been responsible for developing various campaigns across a number of different companies, working as an operations manager for both B2C and B2B projects.

    Shaikh currently manages Facilities function at SBS supporting the operational teams to function effortlessly at office as well as while remote working. He is qualified in electronics and communication engineering and has previously worked at the Ministry of Defence, India.

    Apart from work, he enjoys playing cricket, football, table tennis and chess, and is also a keen traveller. He is based in Bengaluru with his wife and son.

    A professional with over 15 years of experience in functional areas like Operations Management, Quality and Training, Kevin has managed voice and non-voice operations for a host of Telecom processes across Northern America, UK, EMEA & APAC regions as well as UK utility sector. He has managed operations across various segments like Data Entry, Sales, Adjudications, Email Customer Service, Provisioning (includes Order Entry, Validation and Order Management) and Level 1 Tech Support for leading UK Telecom.

    Kevin has the experience of running large cross-functional teams across more than one location; operating in very dynamic scenarios of continuously progressing business metrics and ever fluctuating targets, while continuing to deliver on revenue and targets.

    He likes travelling to new places and spending time with family during free time.
