After establishing his career whilst working at NatWest, Argos, and Saga Group (where he played a key part in ensuring the company enjoyed a successful stock market flotation), Peter joined Comparison Technologies in 2018, as Chief Financial Officer, then appointed Chief Operating Officer from September 2019.
“I saw a great company, with a nice family feel to it, with lots of opportunities for growth,” he says. “I’m really excited about the changes that we’ll create in the next few years – such as how we connect with customers on a more personalised basis, and how that can bond them with our brilliant brands”.
Peter studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Glamorgan. In his spare time, he enjoys taking in the fresh air whilst hiking and skiing.

Nicola Levillard built her career from the ground up, first starting with HSBC’s call centres in India and the UK for eight years, and then moving on to energyhelpline (which is now part of the Comparison Technologies Group). She has been in charge of the development of all call centre operations in India and the UK for the last 15 years.
Years of working closely with our B2C customers has given Nicola a unique and highly valuable perspective. “I have chosen to work in this field, because I believe in empowering customers to choose competitive deals for their utilities,” she says.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys yoga and cycling.

Ahmed Aziz is one of SBS global solutions’ home-grown success stories. Starting as a customer services advisor, during his time at SaveBySwitching, he’s expanded his role to become Head of Business Process Operations (Technical).
Having had a keen interest in working with data and technology early on in his career, Ahmed has strived to bring that interest into every aspect of his work. His team provides extensive reporting, analysis and a range of insights that help Comparison Technologies be more efficient.
Ahmed studied business management at the University of Gulbarga. Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys playing both football and chess, music and fitness.

Kevin Kumar is responsible for leading the Operations, Learning and Development, and Administration & Facilities team at SBS. His main focus is on enhancing team performance, developing future leaders, optimizing resource utilization, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.
With nearly 17 years of experience in Operations Management, Quality, and Training, Kevin possesses strong expertise in managing operations for accounts in Northern America, UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Prior to joining SBS, he played an integral role in companies like Capita Private Ltd. and Firstsource Solutions Ltd. Kevin has overseen operations in various segments, including Data Entry, Sales, Adjudications, Email Customer Service, Provisioning (Order Entry, Validation, and Order Management), and Level 1 Tech Support for a prominent UK Telecom provider.
Kevin has successfully led large cross-functional teams operating in multiple locations, navigating dynamic scenarios with evolving business metrics and fluctuating targets. Despite these challenges, he consistently delivers on revenue and targets.
During his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling to new places and spending quality time with his family.

Sabeela has over 17 years of diverse professional experience and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with specialized knowledge in Psychometrics. She has also completed a Human Resource Management Program from XLRI and recently obtained certification as a Trainer on PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment). Sabeela’s primary interests lie in Employee Counselling and Training and Development.
Throughout her career, she has worked with teams from all seven continents, playing a key role in developing over 5000 individuals worldwide. Her exposure to various domains and industries has honed her agility, analytical skills, and results-oriented approach. Sabeela considers building relationships with stakeholders as one of her core strengths. She has a strong passion for Organizational Development and holds a personal appreciation for Learning and Development.
Sabeela greatly admires Dale Carnegie and finds enjoyment in music, dance, and theatre. Currently, she serves as the head of the HR department at SBS, where she oversees the entire employee life cycle. Her responsibilities include developing HR strategies and ensuring effective execution of all HR operations
